Frequently Asked Questions
Q- What are the hours?
A- We are open from 7 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. Drop-off is 7:00-9:00 am and pickup is 2:00-5:30 pm.
Q- What do you need for vaccines/health information?
A- Per OCFS regulations, all children are required to be up to date with both physicals and immunizations in adherence with NYS guidelines.
Q- When can I register my child?
A- We offer open enrollment year-round. Our enrollment is first come first serve and typically fills up a year in advance. The best way to start the enrollment process is to schedule a tour!
Q- Do you offer a wait list?
A- We do offer a wait list. Our wait list however does not guarantee a spot in our program. The only way to guarantee a spot is to put down a non-refundable first weeks deposit and registration fee.
Q- Do we pay for days my child does not attend (sickness, vacations, etc.) ?
A- Parents pay for the spot your child takes on the roster so you must pay regardless of attendance. We do offer a one-week per calendar year vacation discount. Our tuition is paid the week before on Fridays for Monday.
Q- Do you offer meals?
A- We do offer breakfast, lunch, and snack daily in accordance to USDA CACFP healthy eating. We are a nut free school so there is no outside food allowed in program.
Q- What are your tuition rates?
A- Our rates change yearly with supply costs, minimum wage increases, etc. All tuition includes our in-house served meals. New tuition rates typically come out November/December for the next year. We are very transparent about our care so if you have any questions, feel free to get in touch with any of the admins!
